    Pros

Amazing co-workers. Employee discount. Love product

    Cons

Management in my location was terrible. Petty, immature and self-serving. If she was upset with you, she went out of her way to make your life miserable. Low pay, but knew that going in - so I can't complain Unrealistic sales goals Management gossips about associates HR is a joke

I worked at Pottery Barn full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The sample sale for FTE. The location

    Cons

Management is a pack of dogs and employees are insignificant food for them to claw at. Work life balance is non existence. So much bullying and backstabbing you won’t know where to turn. Low pay long hours thankless job that’ll leave you in therapy. Do not work for any WSI brand.

I have been working at Pottery Barn part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Fun to work with customers and help them design their homes.

    Cons

Low pay, work weekends, no upward mobility . This is a very time consuming job to help each customer with a variety of needs and deadlines / go to their home., do design work for free while at the same time help customers calling in and walking in who want minor decor or sheets. Expect to work every weekend.
