    I have been working at PointClickCare full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    I love working for PCC. The culture and environment is amazing. I work remotely and I feel extremely close to my team. I thought I wouldn’t feel included, however I feel included in every way. Sure, I miss out on a few things with not being in the home office, however my team is always there and shares tons of photos. My team is an amazing family and I love everything about. The vacation time is awesome andnhow... understanding the company is, amazing!

    Pros

    Great team of colleagues, excellent benefits, some variety in the work, ample opportunities to move within the company, working from home, performance bonus opportunities.

    Cons

    Some departments do not share same commitment to prompt customer service, can lead to bottlenecks that are aggravating for clients and staff.
