Very clean and bright. Mostly straight days, with some flexible hours. Probably one of the best groups of people I have ever worked with...

No clear pay scale in place, difficult to know what you need to do to advance in your role as well as increasing your hourly rate..

Pros
People you work with are nice and helpful. Lead hands and floor managers are helpful. Monthly Profit sharing is nice but not consistent.
Cons
Told there is an open door policy but very shady when used. Made to feel bad if you pass on overtime or are sick from upper-management.
