    Pros

    Culture, benefits, and continued education are great especially after I compared to my friends internships. Phillips is more stable for an oil and gas company.

    How much work you get depends on your supervisor so it can fluctuate.

    Doing real work learn a lot everyone is super helpful great working environment

    Cons

    I don't really have any cons besides the needs of the business revolve around chemical engineering so if you want to work there make sure you study the chemical engineering aspects
