    Its large size, relative stability and diverse structure make a very interesting company to experience different roles.

    Cons

    The fact that it is state controlled still is a hurdle which slows the company's processes. Although political interference is not perceived directly by employees, it may affect the company's growth strategies, which can be frustrating.
