    Advice to Management

Keep an eye on Petro points cards - which gives them free slushies and basically just stealing

    Pros

Get $100 and other few $$ incentives every-month for mystery shop and upsell.
    Flexible schedules
No strict obligation to not use mobile phone while working

    Cons

Push more work. If manager know you can able to do it, he will push you to it.
    No medical benefits.
Increment in wages are minimal. You won't see any rise in starting 2-3 years.

    Advice to Management

    Start medical benefits.
Every employee should have balanced out work. Don't push more work to hard working guys and lazy guys just stand and get same money.
Should have more safety for employees- specially when working alone.
