Pros
I enjoy working at Perth Racing. It's a good environment, with relatively good people, and reasonable pay. Everyone at the job is usually quite nice and it's good to get along with the staff and management. Available shifts during weekend racedays which is useful for school/uni.
Cons
Not many weekday shifts available if you have other commitments (e.g., school or university).

Break time well regulated, clean work environment
Cons
Potential hazards, kitchen staff are quite rude to servers, verbal abuse from intoxicated customers and lack of hours/shifts given.
