    Debt got out of control by poor decision making at the highest level and had to yard sale assets to survive.

    Direction from upper management fragmented. Company still paying for previous mismanagement

    Be consistent. And more importantly honest with yourselves. Easy to play blame game

    Great people to work with.

    Lots of transitions over the years and difficult for employees to have a sense of full commitment as the stability and security of jobs is practically nonexistent.

    Pros

    Good pay and benefits and it had a family feel until financial problems took over.

    Cons

    Financial problems in the company created a stressful situation. Didn't know from one day to the next if you had a job.
