I have been working at Pearson full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Incredibly nice supervisors and steady work for a few months of the year. The breaks between projects are great for retirees, seasonal workers, and first-time jobs.

    Cons

It's seasonal and once the season ends you'd better have some other way to make money until the next one. Also lack of pay during breaks between projects. Hard on the brain when you're grading the same responses 8 hours a day for days at a time. Sometimes the higher ups can overwork the sups which throws things out of whack.

I worked at Pearson for less than a year

    Pros

Good company if you like knowing exactly what you're supposed to do and what your role is . Middle management is good at helping out if you need help. Only have to worry about work at work and there is nothing to take home. Offered potential promotion quickly.

    Cons

Not a lot of leeway to make decisions (upper management gets to decide a lot) , sometimes the scoring can be vague and not always up to you to decide.
