2 Technical Rounds were cleared and were positive , but the managerial round is the worst experience i have ever had. It was Taken by Sameer B.(CDO) of this company. He asked me why you are looking to switch you should remain in the same company . He is judging me, that I have taken a wrong decision to switch as its my first switch after 3 years of career and I am very confused. He is a person who switched 15 companies in his tenure on short terms basis and he judging me why I am switching after 3 years. I think he should ask this question to himself who is confused more and why he switched jobs in few months basis (Source:Linkedin profile). This was not an interview it was like a person scolding and behaving rude. Interview can be positive but he made this interview one of the worst experience. Thank god he showed me his true colors, otherwise it will be a problem for me after joining it. At last I just want to say don't apply to this company otherwise you will suffer a lot.

Working hours- Apart from 8 hours of office you need to work from your home as well, Average Working hour will be arround 10-11 hours/day. this is the only cons, and its enough to disbalance you work-life balance
