I have been working at Payworks Canada full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The right balance of support and autonomy Evident attention in hiring "the right people" to support company values and culture Takes time to celebrate small wins of teams and individuals Ambitious yet realistic growth plans

    Cons

Nothing to share at this time, it's a great organization.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Payworks Canada full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Everyone is incredibly friendly and positive, right up to the CEO. The company culture fosters good vibes and a "do-right" attitude. Benefits and pension package is superb and the community and sponsorship events are plentiful. Management listens, considers and purchases anything you might need to enhance your job.

    Cons

Nothing really bad, honestly. This is almost entirely a cubicle work environment, so some might see that as a negative - however, I do not mind this.

    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Payworks Canada full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Decent salary if you're just starting out, pays for your courses. "Culture" is pretty good on the surface (but full of cliques and bullying underneath).

    Cons

Supervisory staff is not very helpful, raises are not very good, workload is high compared to other payroll companies, expectations are unrealistic.
