Pros

Great intra-departmental and project bonds. You will be friends with all of your coworkers. They have great hiring program and are bubbling with unfulfilled potential.

Cons

Title says it all. CEO has made some questionable hires and it's clear that family ties are the only qualification these hires possessed. The CEO lets his own familial emotional issues bleed into the office environment as a result of these questionable hires. These problems all come out on employees. The Path reputation for being difficult to work with is directly because of this nepotism. Very few subcontractors want to work with Path because they know the nepotism means working with very difficult and unqualified individuals. Path will break subcontractor relationships over the pettiest amounts, making managers jobs very difficult. The CEO and his nepotist hires lack basic people skills and have a very hard time maintaining healthy subcontractor relationships. The Path reputation for being hard to work with is widespread and well deserved. It's very unfortunate because this company has all the right pieces in place. It is a racehorse stuck at the gate. The owners penchant for nepotism has really hurt the Chicago office. Arrogance and Hubris are the two biggest results of the nepotism. If you value your mental health or self respect at all avoid the Path Chicago office. You will be constantly dealing with super unprofessional issues due to the CEO's nepotism. I cannot in good faith recommend working here while the CEO picks a difficult and unqualified family member to oversee the great staff at Path.

Pros

Absolutely none. These people are the worst.

Cons

They horribly managed, especially the Charlotte office. Horrible reputation with clients, sub contractors and suppliers in all of East Tennessee. The will promise you a lot, then suddenly have amnesia. Avoid this company at all cost.

Pros

Very organized as far as onboarding goes. You get quickly set up with all the equipment you need (phones, laptops, etc.). They do a good job of planning fun outings for their employees.

Cons

There is a lot of pressure to do things correctly the first time. I understand mistakes are to be avoided as much as possible, but they are inevitable. I found there wasn't much understanding from upper management when mistakes were made. I wasn't spoken to about potential issues with my performance, or areas where I needed to improve. It seemed an unfavorable opinion was reached about me, and I was only given that insight after the decision to let me go was already made. During my time there, I felt like I was always walking on eggshells, and the security of my future employment was questionable at best.
