If you are a current employee of patch infotech then you will be automatically get rewarded on completion of 1 year. 3. Company is providing paid leaves and extra cash benefits in case if any employee or family is struggling due to covid. Atleast company expects from people to not feel shy while sharing the issues and speak about it to the management or directly to CEO if you are facing any challenges due to the same. Since everyone is working remotely so automatically some one can not be aware about the same. Whomsoever has shared the issues has been taken care well by the organisation. 4. We expect people who are working with us to share the feedback first with the management and then feel free to post the reviews about such things. Kind of friendly environment we have built here with remote policies is something you will not be able to find in other organisation.
