      Pros

      Nice office, office location, and decent salary.

      Cons

      Most departments are overworked and unhappy, yet they don't care at all. They don't take employees concerns seriously. The culture is TERRIBLE, and the leadership team is even more terrible. Make sure you're on their good side, or you're out the door. The leadership is not truthful with their employees, subcontractors and owners. Many department heads are not qualified to be in their positions.

      Bonuses were a nice perk.

      Cons

      The accounting/finance managers were some of the most corrupt, backstabbing, horrible people I have ever worked with. If you are looking for an accounting position, run the other way. You can do much better than this place.
