Pros
Innovative co-workers, wonderful students, and a gorgeous environment and campus make this place one that is easy to love working at and settling in. The pandemic was hard on everyone, and not all decisions were perfect, but the school has done a really excellent job planning, adapting, and getting us safely on campus, and keeping us there.
Cons
There is confusion in the leadership teams, both too many cooks and as well as a lack of defined leadership goals, make it feel impossible to know how to effect change or even exactly who to go to with ideas or issues.
