      It seems the tech market is experiencing a slowdown lately. It’s concerning that PPM hasn’t developed a strategy to diversify their business beyond Tech. Exploring new markets could provide stability and growth opportunities for the future.

      Pros

      Having worked at Pacific Program Management (PPM) for over two years, I have become well acquainted with the company and its employees. Firstly, I have roughly 15 years of professional experience, working at some of the largest Fortune 100 companies. PPM by far has some of the best leadership I have encountered. They truly care about their people and it shows through their actions and dedication to their employees development and success. Secondly, PPM has very bright, engaged, and fun employees. People have each other's backs and want to see one another succeed. Lastly, PPM cares about its company culture, psychological safety, and employee well-being. This is proven through the many ways they take care of their employees and community.

      Cons

      Since the company is on the smaller side, there's limited bandwidth to provide HR and Learning Resources within the organization. However, PPM does invest in outside training for employees.
