    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at PA Consulting Group (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great start off company, company based training is plentiful and definitely useful to enhancing your current skill set.

    Cons

No growth potential for support staff they would rather hire outside the company instead if nurturing already established employees to help advance them in their personal growth.

    Advice to Management

Help build up the people that are already in the company. Stop overworking and underpaying current employees.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at PA Consulting Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Intelligent, bright people who seem to do great work for their clients. A lot of good intentions on making improvements internally. The client focus is strong but therefore, focus on internal work and work on its people gets pushed back and at times completely forgotten.

    Cons

They do not understand the value of their business support teams. Corporate processes are slow and frustrating. Compensation is not where it should be and bonuses are disappointing.

    Advice to Management

Use some of your own consultancy expertise on your own company.
