Great work environment, lots of similar-minded people in the same office working towards a same goal. Everyone seems to want their peers to succeed, while providing healthy competition.
Cons
LOTS of ambiguity regarding the quarterly bonuses... pretty much kept in the dark about that, as well as future changes. You could be selling a different product and find out about it at the last minute with really no say.
