      Pros

      - The business is incredibly strong, with some of the best financials you've ever seen in a pre-IPO company. - Everyone is so smart, but also humble. And everyone is as kind and collaborative as you could imagine. I've learned so much from pairing with so many different people on the team. - The compensation is competitive, and the equity has massive upside. - Managers here look out for their teams. They listen to what their team's personal career goals are, and do their best to present opportunities to help them grow. - Remote friendly - Awesome perks, like the $200 monthly recreational spend, and unlimited PTO

      Cons

      It can be challenging as someone not from an audit background to wrap your head around some of the context. But when you finally do find your bearings, you become empowered to deliver tremendous value to the customers.

      Pros

      - You'll get really good at writing/recognizing fictional story-writing (hint hint: all the 5 star glassdoor reviews) - If you're one of the early employees, you're pretty much untouchable. You'll find that out quickly - You'll see the quote below in action EVERY. SINGLE.DAY with some select people “What happens if we invest in developing our people and they leave?” “What happens if we don’t and they stay?”

      Cons

      - Culture is truly top-down here meaning it's horrible - The only real innovation here is the fact that we even exist period - Soul crushing "rah-rah" meetings where you can palpably feel the eye rolls - Scattered priorities, no clear mission (outside of make as much money as possible and sales doing rather unethical things to be frank) - Unfit people in leadership - Rampant "boys club" mentality (be ready to kiss the ring if you want to get anywhere in this company) - Deceitful, veiled messaging and promises (personally was promised numerous things during recruitment - shame on me for not getting it in writing)

From these, we've identified, executed, and are in progress of executing several additional programmatic action items to improve AuditBoard to be a great place to work on a continuous basis through learning, communication, actioning and constant listening / collection of feedback.
