    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at OpenText full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    - Amazing team members - Flexible dressing policy - No micromanagement - Friendly work environment - Good benefits

    Cons

The philosophy of growth is big shark eating smaller fishes in the sea. They acquire companies(competitors mostly), only take mild interest in their flagship products, cut development for other products and leave them to die while collecting revenue in maintenance. Great pay for new graduates, but minimal increases, some times they don't even adjust for inflation.

    Advice to Management

Stop acquiring companies with the intention to slowly kill their products, find other meaningful ways of growth.
