Low payment with long working hours. The boss simply toss work to employees without a proper effort estimation and force employees to complete them with very limited timeline.

The company provides a lot of learning opportunities. As an engineer, you are exposed to various technologies, frameworks, and techniques. You will also get a lot of exposure to different stages of Software Development Life Cycles. Moreover, the peoples are very friendly and approachable. There will also be feedback and constructive criticism every period of time to make sure that you will improve in your skills. Overall, it will be a very exciting place to learn and grow.
Cons
You will need to do some independent learning in order to catch up. The company isn't big and is light on benefits.
