    None, regional managers are douchebags who only care about money, don’t respect their employees and they lie an extreme amount not only to other employees but to their cuddly since they have tons of bad reviews and no one trusts them. The “room for growth” scheme is BS, don’t trust it or you’ll end up losing money. Not sure how the regional manager makes more than all the sales reps combined weekly when he does the same job. And they make a quota for call representatives of how many assessments they have to bring in each day, if they don’t meet quota then we get a termination threat EVERY.SINGLE.MORNING.MEETING... which is unfair since quota is out of our control when we make the same numbers of calls each day but some days people are busy or not answering their phones. Super annoying, and the managers will talk down to you despite their friendly persona which is super fake anyways. Call representatives are just a number to this company, and then when I got promoted to sales I didn’t make any money for the 1.5 weeks and also heard several bad reviews of people not getting their full commission, which is not fair if they’re working 10-12 hours a day 6 or 7 days a week. I don’t know anymore if their products are all they market them out to be, maybe they’re not since the company thrives on lies and the marketers/customer service reps are the only people leaving a good review about their experience. Literally all the call representatives complain about the job and how badly the managers treat us, I don’t blame them though it is the regional manager who sets those dumb rules that we have to follow

    Ontario Green Savings Response

    The regional manager has 10 years of experience and manages over 50 sales representatives so his pay is fairly adjusted based on his PERFORMANCE. And that is why we say there is room for growth because anyone can become a regional manager. You were hired for a PERFORMANCE based job so there is naturally a quota attached to it. Now, you got promoted to sales and were not able to reach the PERFORMANCE goals therefore you were let go of. There are over 2000 reviews on Google, surely they can not be all from employees. At this point, it seems like there is a common issue in all your points and that is your individual performance that has resulted in a negative experience. However, we appreciate your biased feedback.
