RecommendsPositive OutlookI have been working at One America News Network full-time for less than a year
Pros
OAN provides a friendly work environment and encourages growth in roles.
Cons
Like any other news outlet, the hours can be difficult.
Pros
consistent schedule, benefits, flexibility and getting time off, some employees really friendly, pay seemed good for entry level
Cons
drama between coworkers, some employees really nice, but tend to be immature and many have egos, lack of communication, political opinions of most employees do not align with message of network; most just see it as stepping stone to go somewhere else while actual conservatives are ridiculed, might just be a result of inherent bias in journalism industry, but not what I expected when I signed up!

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at One America News Network full-time for more than a year
Pros
I was given a task that I don't think I would have gotten at any other media company. Coming right out of community college, it was very exciting to be in interviews with Senators and important government officials. It's growing fast.
Cons
It is definately hard work. We work long hours because it's a 24/7 news network. I learn a lot though.
