    Office Concierge Response

    October 19, 2020HR Manager

Thank you for your comments on your experience with Office Concierge. I wanted to address the work life balance comment that you raised in your review and explain how our Elite team work alongside our Operations team to deliver great customer service. The role of our Operations team is to ensure that all of our client commitments are covered at all times, and as a business we rely on the expertise and flexibility of our Elite team members to achieve this. We are very honest with people applying for the Elite position that there may be occasions where their schedule is changed at short notice, for example when someone has called in sick particularly late in the morning. We work hard with our Elite team to develop them and to ensure that they feel supported in their role, and I can see from your comments that you had a great relationship with your Elite Manager which is so important to us. We thank you for your comments, and would ask that you contact our HR Manager if you have any further questions or concerns. Kind regards, The OC Team

I worked at Office Concierge full-time for less than a year

    Pros

None whatsoever. I would not reccommend.

    Cons

    - No progression - The likelihood of progressing from elite is very slim (regardless of what you are told) - You can be sent to at least 4 sites a day with very short notice e.g. arrive to a site then get a call from Operations to leave within 5 minutes. The travel cost is ridiculous (way more than what they provide)

    Office Concierge Response

    June 4, 2020HR Manager

Thank you for your feedback on your time with us. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed managing your teams on site as the Account Manager duties are predominantly people management and development. We are sorry to hear that you did not feel you had support from senior managers, in the Account Manager role there is an expectation that you come to the role with previous experience in people management which means that would have understanding of managing difficult situations. However, if support was needed there are escalation points for Account Managers to utilise, Client Service Managers and our Heads of Department. Your allegation that false promises are made to our clients is completely unsubstantiated and we refute this. As a business we work hard with and for our clients to ensure that expectations are met, a high level of service is maintained and our teams on site are supported. The OC Team
