Leadership refuses to take input or change course regarding major failures within the company. Both the VP of Ops and the VP of Sales have left the company in the last year. They’ve caved to the Sunken Cost fallacy and continue to sink money into a failed implementation of a homegrown ERP system rather than reassessing and properly addressing the stress points caused by improperly developed technology. There’s little to no transparency or communication from upper management outside of quarterly meetings, in which the owner of the company never speaks. Insufficient insurance for west coast employees. As there are no employees involved with training expertise or background, there is no understanding of different learning styles. If you struggle, you’re a problem child. The company has no purpose statement or core values. There’s no feeling of common culture across the company.
