    Open, innovation, flexible, culture and team can do effort, really does things the right way.

    Cons

    growth mode, moves fast sometimes, some managers don't have the right experience, and its remote or virtual even before COVID, so that's not for everyone. could offer more for at home expenses.

    - Company is extremely focused on the success of its employees and customers. - Training/Certification are highly encouraged, allowing you to build your own brand internally. - Highly skilled colleagues that are always there to help. - 100% remote company; leveraging modern tools allows me to be efficient while working remotely. - Great work/life balance

    - Workload is sometimes uneven. - Vast number of solution expertise. Could benefit from being a bit more focused.

    - Every one is working in the same direction (more collaborative than competitive) - My colleagues are respectful of each others - Constantly evolving environment (hard to get bored) - Company oriented around human wellbeing

    - Working remotely - Flexible schedule - Great work life balance - Great company culture -Although we are all remote there is still a great team dynamic and the social club organizes great team building activities as well.

    If you are unable to be proactive and have a structure you may find it hard to work remotely. It may take some adjusting

    1.How experimented in remote work the team is. 2.We work with cutting-edge software. 3.The team is very resilient. 4.Company culture is great. 5.Senior Staff that keeps the mood always chill although things move fast.
