Pros
They hire people right out of college/university so it's a good place to gain some experience if you are new in your industry. A lot of the people who work there are really great and quite talented. The office is beautiful, views of Kelowna are great, the kitchen is nice. The health benefits are decent.
Cons
Employees are undervalued and underpaid. Way too much favouritism. Way too much micro-management. Most are just thrown into the job with very little training. A no-fun allowed, work every minute of the day kind of place. They make the staff clean the kitchen on a rotating basis and constantly complain about it being filthy. So many employees leave this place due to it's toxic work environment or were fired with very little reason. So much turnover. Disheartening seeing people leave all the time.
