    Advice to Management

Pay your cabin crew more if you want better performance. And instead of firing the people that do a great job despite the awful pay and benefits, you should be cultivating them. There are so many people with numerous passenger complaints, incident reports, and HR meetings their flies are as thick as a magazine and yet they are kept on!? It makes no sense.

    Pros

International travel and meeting other cabin and flight crew members from all over the world.

    Cons

Too many to list but below are a few Horrible scheduling. Some crew gets maximum hours while others get minimum hours. No pay protection. If they remove a trip from your schedule you lose the hours and pay. They have no consideration for needed rest time on layovers. Eight days off monthly. If you are not on an actual trip the remaining days you are on standby or reserve. Abhorrent executive and management teams...
