best co workers (only in the dept i worked in) regular customers that only shop with you, besides it being a good sale, just getting to interact with customers makes my day
Cons
terrible management, push you to make sales even though customer has made it clear they do not want to buy/spend lots too much outreach, forced to call 10 customers about sales or events before being able to leave for work generally awful work environment, toxic culture, HR is only for the managers!! dont waste your time, they say your conversations are "private" but how does my manager know something i only told HR ??
