Pros

I love working for Niman Ranch because people are welcoming and work hard. A lot is expected of you, but there is always someone who will help you if you ask.

Cons

The biggest drawback for me is on processes for changes. It feels like any new change everyone has to drop what they are doing and focus on that thing.

Pros

Strong foundation. Amazing teammates. Mission driven. Focused. Truly supports a network of hard working, traditional U.S. farmers and ranchers. Sustainability focused. Driven by animal welfare and best tasting product. Visionary leaders. Autonomy. No idea is too big.

Cons

Hard work. Committed people are driven and you need to be in for the purpose. Must think outside of the box (that can be a pro too). Don't expect to be a paper pusher.

Pros

If you want to work for a company that truly believes in what they are doing and wants nothing but the best for their family farmers, this is for you! If you put in the work, you will be rewarded.

Cons

The expectations are high - which is good - but can be stressful.
