Pros

Cons
Less resources than a larger company
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Good communication between departments Very little management politics at mid-levels I always felt well supported and that I could ask anyone for help or advice Didn't feel like anyone was trying to step on you to get ahead
Cons
Management felt top-heavy; hard to tell the purpose of some corporate-level people. Not much room for upward mobility Resistance to change and try new things; "that's how I did it so it's how you should have to do it"
- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Even though you are worked 65-80 hours a week and have to switch from days to nights every 2 weeks, it allows you to save money since they cover your cost of living.
Cons
There is zero transparency between management and the engineers. There is absolutely no structure or career path. They do not pay you fairly for how many hours you work. The low end laborers in the field take home more than the engineers. The management keeps you in the dark until the last minute and then they move you to another project. There is no fairness between the engineers… they play favorites.
