      Pros

Make tons of amazing friends and memories. The pay might seem low, but it's really not too bad for a part-time gig

      Cons

It's not a full-time job, but there are lots of opportunities to work extra time and work full-time through summer if you are a student.

      Business Outlook

      Pros

They care about their employees and their relocation experience. They have a lot of benefits (health, dental, fitness). They are flexible when needed to accommodate family needs (death of family member, medical appointments, etc.). They help improve your skills when relevant to the work. They offer graduated time off/leave with pay - after 28 years of service, I had 6 weeks paid holidays.

      Cons

Very slow to change and adapt to new ways of doing things. Even though they say all are treated equal, rank has its privileges so not everyone is actually equal. Habitually under staff work units but expect same output. Very bureaucratic in terms of approval processes for improvements which in itself causes delays.
