I have been working at Natera full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good heath insurance. Some good colleagues. Flexible working time.

    Cons

    - Free coffee is provided, but the company's mugs are always dirty, and there is no foam cup or paper cup. - Free snacks, cookies are completely rubbish. - Management people don't trust employees very much. - Hard works are not appreciated. - People at director level and middle management level are under qualified in term of scientific and engineering knowledge, so they cannot run the company effectively. - There is no room to develop and grow. - Low salary.

I worked at Natera full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I am a self-motivated professional. It was fabulous to see that Natera, despite having a brilliant informal work culture, was very organized and professional. People who put in the hours, go the extra mile, or think outside the box are generously rewarded. Natera offers a variety of growth opportunities with the organization. If you’re up to the challenge and ready to work hard, you will reap what you sow, and then some. Working with Natera was an enriching experience.

    Cons

None. Employees who can’t carry their weight should be shown the door.

I worked at Natera full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I know using the term family at the workplace seems like an exaggeration, but Natera is a whole different story. There are numerous benefits working with Natera, such as a substantial salary, perks, flexible vacation time, a great canteen, etc. What I loved most was how employees were genuinely looked after. I had major surgery during my stint here. Senior management went far beyond my expectations, covered my medical expenses, granted me paid leaves, and was incredibly supportive. That’s when I knew that working at Natera was like being part of a large family.

    Cons

Sometimes, there are delays in decision making, but owing to the sheer size of the organization, it is entirely understandable

I worked at Natera full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I worked here for a little over a year. Sure, Natera is fantastic. What appealed to me most was their brilliant cafeteria. The menu, variety, and quality of edibles are excellent. They even give employees free meals thrice a week! Yes, I can make a long list of why Natera is a great place to work, but good food is paramount to me! Unfortunately, I had to leave for personal reasons, but I thoroughly enjoyed working with Natera.

    Cons

I urgently needed some holidays to visit a sick relative. Approval was significantly delayed, but it did eventually happen.

I worked at Natera full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Natera is an excellent company to work with. Their salary packages are higher than the industry standard. They also offer a grand incentive scheme and encourage employees to work hard and reap the rewards. If you’ve got what it takes to be part of a fast-moving, efficient organization and have a goal-oriented approach, Natera is heaven. There are numerous other perks, but these two stood out the most to me.

    Cons

The canteen does offer free meals thrice a day, which is excellent, but some more variety would help.

I worked at Natera full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

I worked here for a good 6 years, and in that time, I learned a great deal. Natera is a beautiful company with a plethora of perks, incentives, and a comprehensive system designed to help employees grow, learn, and scale-up. The work culture here is brilliant, and I genuinely appreciate how employee-centric they are. Natera really is one of the best companies in biotech. I left because I had to move with my family. If you’re contemplating joining Natera, just go for it.

I worked at Natera full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

It was indeed a refreshing change to be part of a company like Natera. Rather than falling prey to petty politics, favoritism, and a toxic work environment, senior management has created the opposite. A healthy, conducive atmosphere that favors merit beyond all else. Hard work, loyalty, and dedication are abundantly rewarded. Bias and favoritism are avoided like the plague, and worthy employees are encouraged to flourish.

    Cons

    You’re joking, right? no cons.

    Pros

Finally, a company that stems favoritism and bias at the root. They value their people and ensure that the work culture stays warm, conducive, and positive. Meritorious employees are allowed to grow, thrive, and flourish. I love the fact that they value hard work and dedication beyond all else. Excellent people to work with

    Cons

Additional inter departmental events. nothing else

I worked at Natera full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

When I join a company, one of the most critical factors for me is people. Natera is true to its word and has one of the most fantastic work cultures that I’ve ever seen. In the 3 years that I was here, I forged some life-long friendships, grew as a professional, and learned from the best in the industry. Apart from its numerous plus points, the people I worked with at Natera were terrific. They made my journey truly memorable and unique. I’m glad I chose to work here.

    Cons

In all seriousness, nothing worth mentioning.

I worked at Natera full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Natera is a beautiful company. They offer great salary packages, incentives, and a canteen that would put the best restaurants to shame. Most of all, I loved the senior management. Unlike other companies, Natera’s senior management is qualified, experienced, and compassionate. They go out of their way to maintain a harmonious environment where everyone can thrive as a team. That is truly commendable.

    Cons

The canteen could use some more variety. They do have an expansive menu, but I love food.
