I worked at NAV Canada full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Fantastic coworkers Management (depending on department) was reasonable and created a work environment that allowed for discussions and disagreements. When there was a problem, I felt that both techs and management were able to work together. Workload was manageable Very open team, if you have any questions they are willing to help Before layoffs, the company went through retirement incentives and cut back some management positions. I really believe that the company does try to care for its employees. At least more than other places where techs are the first to be cut without question.

    Cons

Benefits were not what they once were, pensions and healthcare have been cut
