I have been working at NAV Canada full-time

    Pros

NAV CANADA is one of the best, if not the best, company to work for in Canada. They treat their employees with a lot of respect, fairness, with an opportunity to move around the company, and with incredibly generous salaries.

Training is very much a Swiss cheese model-esque experience. If you don't fall through, you're smooth sailing to an amazing job.

    Cons

Luck is a gamble. Training, too, is a gamble. Gamble^2.
