I worked at Mosaic Sales Solutions part-time

    Pros

    Easy job.
Lots of interesting staff, customers to meet.

    Cons

Make sure your Coordinator has you on Payroll before you start doing shifts for them.
Bring your own supplies Day One on the job.
Expect potential double bookings/surprise shifts that need to be filled ASAP/holdups on your pay check.
Get very detailed receipts for every company expense that you pay out of pocket for.
The time-line between commuting home and filing the report is impossible.

    Advice to Management

Be more thorough in training i.e payroll process, explaining pay days and how, when it's done.
A little leniency towards those who commute out of town to get to and from shifts. They should have more time allowed to get shift reports filed at home. 90 minutes in total to get off shift after cleaning up, dumping ice water, product, then waiting in line with customers to get your numbers for tastings, commute home isn't long enough on a weekend when traffic is generally worse and buses, trains are often off schedule.
More email contact from Coordinators to Brand Ambassadors with product data, goals for tastings days beforehand.

I worked at Mosaic Sales Solutions full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Lots of independence, room to make mistakes. Lots of time with senior leadership. Strong focus on training and developing employees.

    Cons

Hard to grow, promotions are often based on need and opportunity on a specific team, not based on an individual's capabilities or strengths (so some people get promoted too early without deserving it while others may wait much longer to get promoted because of the team they are on). Company makes employees feel dispensable at times.

I have been working at Mosaic Sales Solutions full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The brands Mosaic is exposed too are great. Being the best company in the biz, you learn amazing tools to have a successful career in marketing. Everyone knows about Mosaic, good rep.

    Cons

Everyone is very over-worked as full time employees, very hard to get promoted as it usually takes years for level jumps. Everyone at the company feels under-paid and under-valued.

    Advice to Management

Pay more attention to hours being worked. Offer more benefits and better-working conditions for employees to enjoy the space they work in. I.e. Updated gym, pension plans, health and wellness initiatives.
