I have been working at Mosaic Sales Solutions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Some job perks depends on the program. Flexible work schedule. Socializing with a lot of people.

    Cons

    Pay isn't great.
This is a third party company so theres a lot of grey area. Don't be fooled, the "client" is your customer not the real customers who would be buying your product.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of middle management so you can pay more salary to people and keep good people.

I have been working at Mosaic Sales Solutions part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    - Some TSM and Coordinators are amazing. They make it Family oriented and they will be there to support you and to push you forward.
    - There's almost always something available afterwards if you are on contract.
    - The salary is not minimum wage.

    Cons

    - Don't expect a raise. Been there for 5 years.

    - Some TSM are not there to help you. Some also won't like you and you might not even realize it. They will say good things in your face but will say disrespectful things about you on your back.

    - Be careful of your TSM. Sadly, some might use racial slurs while in store or imitate other nationalities in a degrading way. Again, either on your back or they will expect you to laugh at their jokes since they are in a power position. Don't fall for it.
*please note that it's not every TSM. Some are really amazing while others that have been there for a while will put you to the ground.*

    Advice to Management

Acknowledge your employee a bit more.

I worked at Mosaic Sales Solutions full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Culture and coworkers, events, great clients, although you know your overcharging them but can't under contract tell them. Stop acquiring more companies into you actually have the ones you just acquired fully settled in

    Cons

No work life balance at all! Too many chiefs who do not communicate with one another. No recognition for hard work extra hours despite coming in under budget with 40% margins are still ultimately just employee number and are disposable

    Advice to Management

Appreciate the workforce you have especially the good ones and stop packaging out the long tenure ones to replace with contract only

    Pros

Mosaic Marketing Solutions Canada had a great interview process that was very fun. The people are very friendly and care about your success. There was initial training in addition to easy-to-access management who would help out with your progress.

    Cons

Mosaic Marketing Solutions Canada's position of sales rep had very few hours available for the particular role that I applied to.

    Advice to Management

My advice to management is for Mosaic Marketing Solutions Canada management to continue to do what they have been doing, which is hire great, friendly people who have strong persuasion skills.

I worked at Mosaic Sales Solutions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It was fast-paced and always different as they work on a variety of brands. You needed to be nimble and willing to take on new challenges at times, which is a great way to learn quickly.

    Cons

There was so much change and a lot of people left (voluntarily and not) during my time there. The core business (experiential) seems to be strong and senior leadership focused more on that aspect of the business. They lacked senior leadership in other areas that are so crucial to success in today's marketing world.

    Advice to Management

Focus on recruiting talent in other areas (digital, business development) that can help bring in new business. Too much traditional marketing people on the team did not seem to help grow other aspects of the business and the work seemed to lack innovation.
