Pros
Coworkers are friendly and the environment is that of a cohesive team.
Cons
No full-time business development team that I'm aware of.
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Company with lots of potential (if with the right middle management). Good benefits. Friendly office atmosphere
Cons
Disconnect between different offices` work. Business development always a challenge. Not great on staff career development (budget constraints always an issue).

Don't buy shares in this company unless you plan to be here for life

The company has good people. Though, there is an attitude in this company of superiority over other companies that MH competes with which (to be totally honest) is not borne out in the work product or in the structure of the company. It is a company with a middle-management heavy corporate structure, in which smart and friendly people work.
Cons
The corporate structure. This company is overhead heavy. There are a lot of very highly paid managers and business development people. Technical people tend to be under paid. They also tend to bring in new staff at higher salaries than long term existing staff and middle management can't do much about it because they are only given so much for their office. If you purchase shares, and decide to leave to work at a different firm with better opportunities, MH will keep 25% of the value of your shares. They basically use shares to trap people in the company. This company has lost a lot of high profile, top performers lately. This speaks to the problems in the corporate makeup of the firm.
