    Pros

This is a great place to start your career as you will learn a lot and will work with intelligent and talented individuals. The variety and challenging projects will keep you occupied and interested. The company supports and pays for education related to the job. There is good flexibility; allows you to work from home. There are lots of social events and department gatherings. Great benefits.

    Cons

The team I was apart of was not managed well. The compensation was not reflective of the long hours worked. I felt overworked and did not have a great work life balance.

    Pros

I'm so proud to work for a Canadian company that really makes a difference in the world (mission is to "improve lives") and expanding globally. I just heard that we just hired someone in Singapore

    Cons

Wish they would expand faster they seem to prefer to add a few people a year in Asia and Europe rather that going after those markets quickly

    Advice to Management

Invest globally to expand faster it will pay off in the long run. Stress and anxiety is high in Asia.
