    Working alone with 8-9 products and calls and what not
    Too much work load

    14$ to pay some of your basic bills

    when you understand that such place is mainly for the massively debated, people with no credit score, or previously charged with fraud or just being released from detention centers or continuously unemployed, you will have a precise idea that it is a horrible and might be a dangerous place too specially when there is a challenge with a customer.

    Met some great people over the years. You learn a lot that can take you as an entry level into a bank

    No breaks. Bad pay. Huge staff turnover

    Some customers are great but many are rude. Some staff are good to work with

    Cons

    Long hours alone behind secure area. Very stressful, very low pay

    Advice to Management

    Pay your employees better for all the knowledge they require to serve customers. This will keep turnover rates lower.
