I loved the people I worked with I have a great district.

    Cons

    Pay could be better
Customers can be a pain but all you can do is kill them with kindness.
My location constantly gave me headaches.
Training could be better for new hires I got new good training but some didnt.

    Advice to Management

Take the time to train employees. Keep your strongest employees around instead of forcing them to leave due to low pay increases. New management ended up being better.
