I worked at Molson Coors full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Free beer, free parking, that's about it!

    Cons

Too much politics, every man for themselves, no sense of team work, abusive company culture supported by abusive managers. The company is always in reactive mode instead of proactive, policies changing every other day (keep backups for everything), backstabbing, etc.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees like humans and spend more time applying the beautiful mission statements and values instead of just posting them in job descriptions.

    Pros

The people at Molson Coors are huge on talent. There are some perks, of course some include free beer.

    Cons

The talent of some people is wasted, management needs to advance employees who have more than proven their capabilities and worry less about themselves.

    Advice to Management

Look inside your own organization before hiring more people that you will only lay off in another couple of years.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work and keep hiring internally from this program.
