    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No Opinion of CEO

I worked at Molson Coors Beverage Company full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Free beer, people are nice but stressed out and unhappy.

    Cons

    - All the pressure is placed on the Team Leader with nearly no support from other departments. - Less support for operations. Midnight maintenance is a skeleton crew with no on-site management, but have the same expectations as Day shift. - Equipment is in rough shape, armchair management pushes for daily maintenance, but the boots on the ground maintenance have little time and no interest in performing it. - Unionized workers are sick and tired of being sick and tired. However they are a handful themselves. They want more of everything and want to do less. There are a handful of great operators, but a good chunk are complainers and grievers. - I was not properly compensated for several months working in a leadership role. I was severely underpaid compared to my colleagues and managed the same expectations. - If you were in a Team Leader role you could not take a 2 week vacation. One week maximum.
