I worked at Minute Clinic full-time

    Pros

Autonomy. No work to take home. Low acuity.

    Cons

Retail. Lots of bossy patients demanding antibiotics for a cold, demanding you stay late. Poor support from management. Just a cog in the wheel to CVS Corporate, no real sense of appreciation. Benefits suck.

I have been working at Minute Clinic full-time for more than a year

    Pros

work/family dynamic. I only work 3-10 hour shifts, it makes for a great home life. My region has an amazing team which makes it easier to work in this environment, . I feel really supported by my manager.

    Cons

Always pushing to see more patients even though I am at my max. Minimal bonuses, happiness can be directly related to your team and management. Mine is great, so I am happy, but can see how a bad team and management can make this job super difficult.
