      Offices are near transit stations.

      Cons

      - Upper Management only interested in the hearing themselves - Management has no issues with raising voices at staff and making empty threats - No regard is given to employees well being unless someone from corporate is present - Entry & Mid-Level Employees have zero respect for upper management - No Team unity within Yorkville or High Park Village offices

      Salary is above average with great benefits

      Cons

      Huge turnover due to poor upper management. Too few workers for the amount of homes being built. Poor training.
