      Pros

      Great opportunity for new grads in healthcare/market research/consulting. youthful/friendly culture and your colleagues become great connections in the future. location (downtown core) is great.

      Cons

      some issues with long hours, comparatively low pay, slow growth (in terms of promotion), and micromanagement.

      Great place to start a career, mostly young and passionate workers. ppl are nice and are friends after work

      Comparatively low pay...for my position, sometimes could be quite boring

      Pros

      good group of young, bright people work there social atmosphere centrally located office opportunities to work on different projects exposure to some high-profile clients even at a junior position

      Cons

      reports side can be tedious work with random hrs (EU, AP work) for many people (managers) it's their first job and it shows low pay for what it is high turnover
