Small company atmosphere, room for improvement in management.

Pros

They offer plenty of weekend work for those who want to earn extra money. It is a good place for entry level personal to gain experience.

Cons

Room for improvement in cGMP it seems that speed of testing is the priority. They are a small company so they do not offer health benefits or FMLA. There is a mandatory overtime rule for Salaried employees.

People were great! The work was right up my alley considering I love science.

Cons

Micro-managing, long hours standing, paper-based reporting, no opportunity for growth. Pay was way below competitive wages for the industry. No benefits. High turn-over. You name the problem this place has it.
