Work from home, dental basic things.

Cons

Genuinely unfulfilling, I'm unable to leverage any of my expertise from prior workplaces as the product being supported is proprietary in nature. You get coworkers that are winging it and leaving you to fend for yourself. Management that are old school in the fact that they're out of touch with their own workforce and worker needs. These are the same people that claim to know what's best for your personal development. A job that makes you a glorified errand boy.

Sub-par upper management team doesn't communicate company vision and strategy effectively. There is no defined career path and compensation is low. Insufficient tools make it difficult to perform job functions effectively.
