I have been working at Michelin full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Michelin ensures long term job stability. There is a kind atmosphere among employees. The initial formation is complete and very useful.

    Cons

Low position rotation. Michelin doesn't offer a think out of the box job. To change the mood in a big company, sometimes, results frustrating.

I have been working at Michelin full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

A good start for a career. Working at Michelin can make a good impression in your resume. There is some personal growth especially in the first years.

    Cons

Poor management. Company values only on paper, non-existent in real life. No respect for people in general. If you are not French you are not considered equally qualified.

I have been working at Michelin full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Michelin offers a stable working enviroment with salaries in line with local markets. They offer a lot of internal trainings and have strong organizational culture,

    Cons

Slow career development (for Eastern Europe production facilities at least. They do not offer external trainings (internationaly recognized acreditations). Since it is a french born company the overall feeling of the organization is a bit rigid and conservative.
