Very low pay, too many Managers in every single business unit, not progressive, zero pay raises, low salary, max. micro-managing, high stress, zero autonomy, pressure sales, company identity is confusing and undefined, a media company that never promotes itself. zero sales incentives or bonuses. many on stress leave, not a secure career future.
