    -they are apart of a union -if you're an employee you get "double the airmiles"

    Cons

    -they pay student wage if they can, -otherwise minimum wage. -no employee discounts -my location does not permit you to switch shifts -my location had poor managment -They do not pay you more if you're responsibilities increase, being trained for service desk bears no positive consequences, just more unnecessary responsibility

    Decent job shadowing/training to get started A good place to get your first job as a teenager/young adult My manager was good Friendly coworkers where I worked, some ran informal contests like hockey pools Overall I had a positive experience

    Cons

    Lack of opportunity for advancement because most jobs are minimum wage, low skill, manual labor I saw some managers who looked difficult to work for You may not get the amount of hours you want

    Working as a team throughout the day, learn to deal with the public, fast paced work environment, flexible hours during school

    Cons

    Minimum wage salary, mostly students working who have not gained maturity yet, repetitive work tasks, not many weekends off as a part time employee

    -benefits -somewhat good co-workers

    Cons

    -poor wage increases due to union contract -had to ask for a raise as opposed to automatically getting one after 7 years service (was previously minimum wage for 6 years).
