Pros
* Significantly improved both my technical and leadership skill sets * Nearly all of the people I worked with were friendly and competent * Pay was fantastic * I worked 40 hours per week most weeks and didn't get pressure to work longer hours
Cons
* The expectations of my job were very fuzzy for a long time, making the review cycle very stressful. * There was sometimes focus from my managers on gaming the review system rather than doing the best work I could do
