      Pros

Nice office space Free coffee and tea Decent PTO

      Cons

-Highly toxic environment, you will need to be a strong-minded person and desperate for a buck to work here. Some managers openly shout at their members, causing most to cry and there’s no use to report them to HR or leadership. When anyone reports anything negative, no action is taken but all parties are asked to shake hands and work together. And oftentimes the person who complains somehow has no more work for them shortly after and they are let go. -Favoritism at its best, but you will prosper if you’re the “right” ethnic group. The new CEO got rid of 25% of the African American employees, mostly who were women in management positions, turned around and promoted the Caucasian employees. You don’t have to have 20/20 vision to see his bias. When he became CEO, there were several black women in management positions, and slowly they were either indirectly forced out or he simply terminated them (at-will State). Each one of them would attest that he never acknowledged their presence, walk past, wouldn’t say hello in the hallways the only time he’d speak if he needed something urgent to get done. Bark orders and leave. On the other hand he would speak to the “others”, sit in their office, talk shop and crack jokes etc. it was so blatant! -no room for growth, stopped employee appreciation incentives, training programs and seminars. He said they were a waste of money. The job expectation was to come in, keep your head down and sell shows, go home. Repeat.

      Pros

      - You meet interesting people from all across the world, industries, and government stakeholders. - Ample networking opportunities. - A brand name of a global MNC. - Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      - Crappy pay. - Cramped up office. - No room for growth. - You might have to suck up to people to come to your events. - The worst possible colleagues that you can have, will be here. Way too much into politics, blame game, flattering the seniors, and manipulating their way around. Some are even sexually frustrated.

      Pros

      # of PTO days and pretty decent health insurance plans. the travel is great when you're allowed to go to the shows you support.

      Cons

Terrible leadership from the top down. Very clique-ish. If you're not liked by the right people, you don't get all the travel, promotions and other benefits. Not much room for growth. Doesn't value it's employees. Pay is way less than industry average. Disorganized. No training manuals. No H.R. Biased. Very rude and disrespectful management.

      Waste of potential

      Pros

Relaxed work culture and dress code. At first you think you have joined a friendly and very cooperative team environment.

      Cons

Very soon one realizes that the company has several narrow circles which act "cliquish" towards each other and towards newer employees. Unfair treatment of employees, unprofessional gossiping culture. Very little room for growth and professional development. They have a highly disproportional amount of females in their team.
